(Grandson also added chapters in which Hemingway describes Ford Madox Ford&#8217;s body odor and the size of\u00a0 Scott Fitzgerald&#8217;s wang.)<\/p>\n<p>Irritated, or fascinated, or concerned about future depictions of my own bodily disappointments, I asked three of my favorite funny writers&#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Mother-Fire-Motherf-Story-Parenting\/dp\/0307450414\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1254492267&amp;sr=1-1\">Sandra Tsing Loh<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Schotts-Original-Miscellany-Ben-Schott\/dp\/B000B85BHS\/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1254492369&amp;sr=1-2\">Ben Schott<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Him-Her-Again-End\/dp\/0743296249\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1254492423&amp;sr=1-1\">Patricia Marx<\/a>&#8211;to goof on what classics of literature <em>they&#8217;d <\/em>like to revamp. The results air this weekend on public radio&#8217;s Studio 360 (the episode is<a href=\"http:\/\/www.studio360.org\/episodes\/2009\/10\/02\"> here<\/a>.)
